LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 27-year-old Clark County man was sentenced Monday to more than 10 years in prison on child pornography-related charges.

According to court documents, Evan Saylor, of Jeffersonville, was charged in May 2025 with promotion of child sexual trafficking, child exploitation and 322 counts related to child pornography.

An arrest warrant states that a mother of a 16-year-old boy told officers her son had sent nude pictures over Snapchat the year before and was threatened that if he didn’t send money, the images would be shared around the school.

The victim told police he began speaking to someone named "Sarah Brown" over Snapchat when he was 15 or 16, but the profile had a picture of a "young attractive female."

The Snapchat user then told the victim he wanted him to meet up with another male who attended the University of Louisville and take pictures and videos together.

After blocking the person, the victim told his parents what happened.

A Twitter account later messaged the victim and threatened him again, saying the images would be sent to a list of high school students. That’s when an investigation began, and the social media accounts were found to be tied to Saylor.

Police said the pictures and videos found on a phone at his residence were consistent with what the victim described.

A plea agreement was reached last month, and the charges were reduced to one count of each offense.

Saylor was sentenced to a 14.5-year fixed term with the Indiana Department of Correction.
