LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was arrested in connection with a non-fatal shooting in Louisville last month, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department.
Police said 24-year-old Davian Moss was arrested Friday, May 8, following an investigation into the April 1 shooting. The shooting occurred around 12:30 a.m. near East Bloom street and Floyd streets.
Authorities said Moss has been charged with first-degree assault.
Police said the case involved assistance from multiple law enforcement partners, including federal and out-of-state agencies.
Moss is currently being held in Texas while awaiting extradition to Kentucky.
The investigation remains ongoing.
