Closed Captioning
Through support from its community trust fund, Norton Healthcare has exclusively funded real-time closed captioning on all WDRB newscasts since October 17, 2005. WDRB remains the only Louisville television station to offer this advanced technology, which provides unprecedented access to 100% of the station's local news content – including live reports from the field and severe weather cut-ins – to over 150,000 deaf and hard of hearing individuals in the viewing area."
