LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Two southern Indiana men were arrested on child sex abuse charges last month after a monthslong investigation.

Jeremy Miller, 27, and Charles Miller, 70, were arrested April 29, according to the Jeffersonville Police Department.

Authorities began investigating in October 2025 after receiving multiple tips through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Several tips, police said, indicated "a specific communication application account" was being used to share child sex abuse images and videos. A separate investigation started in February, based on an additional tip to the NCMEC.

The investigation led to search warrants being served at homes in Henryville and Jeffersonville.

Law enforcement seized digital devices and "other items of evidence" from the homes.

Jeremy Miller, of Henryville, was arrested on 11 counts of child exploitation and nine counts of possession of child sex abuse material.

Charles Miller, of Jeffersonville, a lifetime registered sex offender, was arrested on four counts of possession of child sex abuse material.

Police said more charges are expected as investigators continue looking at digital evidence.

During their initial hearings on May 4, a judge set Jeremy Miller's bond at $50,000 cash. Charles Miller's bond was set at $25,000 cash, with a bail review hearing scheduled for May 18.
