LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A car crashed into the front of a Middletown restaurant Tuesday afternoon.
Middletown police said officers responded to a report of a car that drove into The Cheddar Box Cafe just after 2 p.m. on Shelbyville Road.
Submitted pictures show a vehicle that drove through the front of the business and damaged multiple windows.
According to police, a customer sitting outside the restaurant was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
It's unclear at this time what led to the crash.
In a social media post, the restaurant said everyone is safe and it'll be closed Wednesday to clean up, but will reopen Thursday.
