LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Guests visiting Buffalo Trace Distillery now have a new place to grab lunch and cocktails while touring the popular bourbon destination.
According to our partners at Louisville Business First, the John G. Carlisle Cafe officially opened inside the Elmer T. Lee Clubhouse at Buffalo Trace. The opening comes roughly a year after historic spring flooding submerged parts of the distillery's property.
The cafe will serve sandwiches, salads, flatbreads and cocktails daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Buffalo Trace expects to welcome nearly 750,000 visitors this year as tourism at the Frankfort distillery continues to grow.
