The grocery store, which is one of the last businesses still operating in the Mid City Mall, will close next week to make way for a $60 million development.
After more than two decades in Louisville's Highlands neighborhood, ValuMarket announced Saturday when the store will officially close to the public.
The grocery store shut its doors around 4 p.m. Tuesday after holding a liquidation sale for about a week.
